• High-Intent Lead Generation: Custom landing pages, instant lead forms, lead qualification scripts.
• Google Business Profile Promotion: Local SEO, map pack rankings, local review acceleration.
• Brand Awareness & Social Media Management: Creative content calendars, video scripts, community engagement.
• Official WhatsApp Automation: Cloud API setup, automated response flows, broadcast campaigns.
• Custom Digital Infrastructure: Pure coded responsive websites, custom CRM pipelines, GST billing software.
• Consulting & Growth Roadmapping: Commercial audits and strategic planning for startups and scaling businesses.

2. Project Start & Kickoff Process

Official project commencement begins once all three prerequisite onboarding steps are fulfilled:

1. Initial Requirement Confirmation: Detailed brief discussion, scope definition, target audience alignment, and budget approval.
2. Asset & Access Handover: Receipt of business logos, high-resolution product/service images, ad account access (Meta Business Manager / Google Ads Manager / domain DNS access where required).
3. Commercial Confirmation: Receipt of milestone invoice payment or advance setup fee as agreed in the project proposal.

Punctual project delivery relies on close cooperation. Clients are required to provide:

• Truthful, accurate business details, service pricing, and company contact information.
• Brand assets (vector logos, raw media files, imagery, specific product copy points).
• Timely administrative delegate access to Facebook Business Portfolio, Google Ads accounts, or web hosting.
• Prompt feedback, approvals, and sign-offs on creative drafts (within 48 hours to avoid campaign delays).

* Note: Delays in receiving mandatory assets or creative feedback will proportionally extend the project delivery timeline.

6. Revisions & Scope Governance

We believe in total client satisfaction and offer reasonable revisions on creative drafts (such as ad graphics, copywriting adjustments, and landing page layout tweaks) as defined in each service package.

Fundamental changes in project direction, complete rebuilds of approved designs, or additions of new features beyond the signed scope will be treated as separate scope amendments with adjusted timelines and fee quotes.

7. Third-Party Platform Reviews & Delays

Digital advertising campaigns are subject to automated and human review processes governed by third-party ad networks (Meta, Google, WhatsApp).

While AdsMirchi strictly adheres to all advertising policies, ad approval delays, unexpected network reviews, or ad account identity verifications mandated by external platforms are beyond our direct control and do not constitute a breach of delivery timelines.

8. Service Completion Criteria

A service is deemed fully delivered when:

• Ad Campaigns: Campaign architecture is configured, creatives are uploaded, audience targeting is approved, and campaigns are officially live on ad networks.
• Custom Websites & Software: The system is coded, tested, deployed to the client's live production server/domain, and handover credentials are delivered.
• Consultations: The audit report and growth strategy session have been conducted and delivered.

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our refund and cancellation terms reflect the custom, non-recoverable labor invested into digital marketing and software engineering:

• Before Work Commences: If a cancellation is requested in writing before any strategy, setup, or creative design work has begun, a refund may be issued minus a 10% administrative processing fee.
• After Work Commences: Once custom campaign research, copywriting, graphics, or code engineering have commenced, service fees are non-refundable.
• External Ad Spend: Ad spend paid directly to ad platforms (Meta, Google) is processed entirely by those entities and cannot be refunded by AdsMirchi.
• Monthly Retainer Services: Clients may cancel recurring monthly ad management retainers by providing written notice at least 7 days prior to the start of the next billing cycle.

10. Policy Modifications

AdsMirchi reserves the right to modify this Service Delivery Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
